The 15minute starting time allows people to join/ regen your troops or spies . it is not harmful thing. =) or would you wanna lose 3 times regen before get hits.. ( example HTE.. i would love to get more money when bigger troop amount) t complain on regen time of 15min in eb beginning.. its good for us.
i love the npc aggressivity this is tactical game for sure=D. i pity those who doesnt like aggressive npc's =( they just want easy game. =D keep up the good work !=)
