Swarmsim isn't a unity game AFAIK. I went to the main site 'https://swarmsim.github.io/index.html#/' and it loaded just fine
Kongregate staff tells me this is now fixed. Chrome should now run the game correctly, no workarounds necessary. Swarm Simulator doesn't require Unity. Sorry about the downtime!
