The pause function in this game is rather broken. Sometimes when paused the scroll keys will not scroll the map, sometimes all sprites not on the screen when paused will disappear, including menus and cursors. Sometimes when paused commands won't be accepted by the game. There when in 'auto move' soldiers should all follow the same path, and there should therefore be an option to choose the path through the map for the advance. Remember that with good tactics, just a few units can beat an army.
So let me get this straight. If I win all the missions, I have a limited amount of cash with which to counter ever greater threats, but if I repeatedly lose missions, I get unlimited cash? There's no incentive to go for undefeated since there's no way to try your units out before the big event.
Also is anyone else getting huge slowdown with a couple LIGHT units? Probably just me.
Ah well. Gonna favorite this anyway, since I've played for three days straight now.
Can someone tell me why movement sticks? When I let go of the wasd I am not supposed to keep going. Feels like the controls are a direct translation of character input. And the computer is throwing wwwwwwwww at the game while I press d.
Game has some lag issues. Also there should be a do-over button. Nothing more frustrating than watching yourself spin out while the sun eats the planet you'll spawn on because you're not allowed to play the game till the planets are done playing hackey sack with you, or your time runs out. Also, where are mercury and venus? They should be on the other side of Earth, haha.
Okay, I'll add a comment now that I have all the characters. Feedback: The collection aspect is like heroin, I lost a night's sleep. All the characters are distinct, and it makes you want to get to know each one's style, which could take a while. I'd suggest taking all the female characters out and just making new characters. Also: Poison is far too weak with too high cooldown, elemental attacks really don't have much difference, a lot of bow attacks shoot too high and far by far, some attacks' high cooldowns make them useless (charge, paralyze) especially with matching rate of damage on faster ones, some characters have redundant moves (slash/axe), and the largest chars literally can't navigate many platform jumps. But this is still a 5 star game, especially for people who like collecting characters. Moar levels!
