Well, first of all, the shotgun's accuracy is TERRIBLE. Shotguns should have a spread of about 5 degrees, not 15 or 20. It makes the shotgun almost useless until the mobs are at your base.
Second, why in the world do you have to reload a weapon after switching to it? If that's supposed to be the "switch weapon" time, it should be about half that time, if it's there at all.
Third, some upgrades need to be tweaked. For example, the reload time for my shotgun is 800 and the reload time for my machine gun is 330, but the difference between the two is imperceptible. Also, why would you even have a reload time for the pistol when it doesn't need reloading? It just ends up being a money sink upgrading the reload time.
All in all, not impressed. I'm in the habit of only rating games that deserve a 5/5, but if I were to rate this, I'd give it 2/5. Give it a good polishing, and this game could be great. But as it stands, not good. Not good at all.
Suggestion: The minigames need a decrease in difficulty. In Whack-a-Seal, I get to around a 25 combo, then more often than not a seal pops up and retreats before I can even react to it. In Snail Catch, I get to around 40 combo, then my bucket simply can't move fast enough to catch all the snails. And for the Skool, maybe add some addition, subtraction, and division? Maybe some exponentiation at higher levels. Math isn't only about multiplication, after all.
Thanks for taking the time to read this.
If the game's a point-and-click, and this game blatantly is, tag it appropriately. As a gamer, there's nothing more annoying to me than expecting something and getting something else, especially when the "something else" is a game of my least favorite genre.
Be warned all ye who overkill. I got 129 storeys to beat my opponent (Babylon with 99 storeys, in case anyone thinks I'm a hacker). It's a different victory sound, and it scared the crap out of me!
