Deficit is how well loaded the ammo is into your weapons and what the life points of building that are fully built are at. So if you are firing all your weapons and you are not able to reload them fast enough you will end up with a deficit. You should be able to get the output to 33 if you spec your upgrades correctly but that is the highest I have seen so far. I generally only build enough reactors to make about 34 energy and then I dont bother with storage as you are generating more then the max output. You can disable or disarm weapons also if you are getting to large of a deficit to the point that you are losing buildings.
@brentfail-yes you can make it passed 600, I made it up to 730 emitters and I had no idea what I was doing. Im willing to bet if someone took the time to figure it all out they could make it passed 900 or 1000 even if they planned it right.
Still having trouble with half of the games display being a little bit darker and cant click anything underneath, also many of the games messages are displayed outside of the viewable range, same problem in both chrome and firefox. Have tried to zoom in and out, and full screen. Problems still there.
I am not able to interact with the left side of the screen, the tutorial messages are floating off the game area, the green tutorial hand is pointing at nothing. Not able to get through the tutorial due to bugs. Have refreshed and tried two browsers. It works on facebook just fine though.
