This game was a lot of fun, I liked it a lot! It was an interesting take on the RTS genre, with the whole "relay network" aspect. The last level was a huge jump in difficulty and it was pretty much impossible to beat if you didn't use the correct strategy right from jump.
I figured it out - the game doesn't like the Flash 10.1 Beta. I ran it in an older version of Flash in IE and it works fine. Fun game, I'm enjoying it a lot!
