Good game... Starts off tough, but gets easier once you get the hang of it. Few things, though. First, sometimes customers go a little crazy and start running through walls. Might only be at high speed, and doesn't crash or anything (The day still ends normally), but I might be losing their sales. Second, the third store (In order of cost) isn't really needed, because it's easy to make enough cash in the second to jump straight to the big one. Maybe some size tweaking could make the third one a more useful stepping stone. Also, the game really caps out before turn 100... Sitting on over $38k, with every store tile maxed, marketing maxed... Nowhere to go from there. Maybe that's the point :)
Drop enough infants to fill the bottom of the screen (Increase the physics)... Spread hthem out evenly... Then light 'em up... Stick a magical orb overhead, and it'd make a great screensaver.
Wow, I'm impressed. I'm sure everyone will complain about the gameplay, which was a bit lacking, but I saw it more as an interactive story... The story was superb, the art was dead-on, and the music was just perfect. Put a little more into more varied gameplay next time, of course, but well done. Well done, indeed. 5/5.
Well designed, just in need of some balance tweaks. The late game is too easy by far, and the upgrade that increases initial mana needs to be changed, because that increase in mana doesn't come with an increased recharge rate.
3/5 - Promising, but buggy. Ships fly off randomly, levels don't always end when you win... I'm guessing the slowdown is a leak of some sort, since it got much slower as the game progressed.
Excellent adventure game. Some of the door puzzles were more self-serving than story-related, but it's difficult to tie a puzzle into a story, and this game did that too with many others. It was tricky in parts, but not enough to frustrate. The storyline was just far enough into the realm of the psyche to make the game work. Superb job. 5/5
5/5 - Fun and challenging. Minor glitch: When you finish all the levels and hit "Next" at the end of the last one, the clouds "close" but never re-open, forcing a refresh.
#16436... I was stuck for a long time, because I had changed the wall since first entering the combination, and didn't know I had to put it back to get the six games to open up.
4/5 - Good game, though a bit easy if you follow one of the strategies in here and only build up a small part of the screen (I did the bottom-right corner)... Would be 5/5, except for a bug that killed me at 21,375, where it started freezing for 30 seconds whenever I tried to make a web, then stopped letting me move at all. I think one of the algorithms was overloading because I had too many strands too tightly packed (Got me a bat easily).
4/5 - Good design, bug-free as far as I can tell. The AI is a little easy, as it can easily be lured into insanity and kept there. A little more variety would be nice too.
Nice game, but it really needs a save feature... I was on 42 or 43 (Long green line across the center and annoyingly-placed switches), and shut it off for the night... All gone.
Good game, though the things with the giant shield in front are a bit overpowered. Seems to be a bug that makes all of my turrets vanish on the mountain level.
