There are so many frustrating things about this like the tablecloth which you could just clone, and "not feeling" like entering a place again where you could easily go into to clone stuff, and things that would make sense like setting keys down on the floor and stuff and just.... ugh.
Played this for the BOTD on 8/21. Was the last badge of the week and I needed to get it for the shiny kongpanion. Got it just in time. Talk about a timer.
Very nice. Sounds are perfect. Restarting is slow without using R key. Quite challenging towards the end. I kinda think that if you ever make more or a sequel you should have spacebar used to "demount" the node you're tethered to in order for people to perform more complex movement paths without a ton of microsecond mouse adjustments. Also consider a level maker/editor/publisher. Very rare I give a game 5stars on here.
Starts fun, then gets stupidly and artificially hard for no good reason. Iron out the bugs and add more checkpoints. Some levels have NO checkpoints even though they should.
The game dev is full of themselves; Expecting people to play the game the "right way" as they intended... Sorry to break it to you, but gameplay of any game is an emergent element of game mechanics. Using inherent properties of game physics is not exploiting game mechanics.
There's so many things wrong with this game it's ridiculous. You should be able to collect the stars even after killing all the baddies. You shouldn't have to wait for levels to reload with retry, or ideally, at all.
