Started in Japan, Sold all symptoms apart from fever, unlocked waterborne and airborne. Left it for a while until i had over 50 Evolution points and got tiers 1 and 2 of Cold Heat and Moisture but 3 of drug resistance... left it for a while and eventually poisoned everywheres water supplies, no where is shut down and places are all turning red... awesome way to start the game (relaxed)
