on 12-15-2015 at 11:46pm EST, I had just opened a free item and the game stopped. The screen just went blank I couldn't " open again" even if I wanted to. Was not my computer or connection, when reloaded tab the game came back on, my profile had not even gone off so I didn't even have to sign back in. Trying to let someone know.
