Best combo iv seen so far has got to be, Rogue, Sheriff, Militiax2. Have the Militia go Big guns. Have the Sheriff max out Cripple shot as early as possible and then focus on Dr Holliday. The rogue is basically there to give you more money, give him a machine gun of some sorts. got to level 76 without having to hire a henchmen and using Taunt about 1/3 of the time. This is just my opinion though :D
Ha-Na-Bi Metal is when you finish a day dont go back to town just sit there and wait for the fireworks to end, it takes some time and the medal is completley useless unless you want more money from your museums.(+25 Fireworks)
