@Akuen, anything in the store you can farm for the gems to buy. Stick with blood pearls and you can get blood rubies to turn into blood diamonds to turn into blood sapphires, you can get drops that you can disenchant for blood rubies as well. Even the quests that have an item drop, you can do the quest, disenchant it, repeat the quest. Also there is the Prey for Blood option under the Hunting Ground, you can get blood rubies there or blood geckos that you can disenchant. Boss summoning items can be disenchanted as well for blood rubies or you can just fight the boss and usually get blood rubies too.
Everything in the store can be bought without having to donate if you're willing to work for it.
