So I returned to this game after a while and found all of my upgrades were gone. I was planning on attempting to do the zones fast but without upgrades that is basically impossible.
Great game but when I try to re-enter zones after beating them, I can never win. (Basically I re-entered the microscopic zone, got to 600 micrograms, and nothing happened)
Hi. That was not supposed to happen. I guess what happened is that a little cell was not eaten, and it became too small to be seen, and too slow to escape the screen. I will fix this. EDIT: issue fixed.
By now you should be able to see the two moving platforms. Stay right behind the enemy on the ground and once he gets to the edge, stand directly behind him. If you stand far away enough that you aren't running into him but still as close as possible, he won't turn around. Now you will need to wait until:
A: the first moving platform starts moving down slightly before the first
B: the enemy on the first platform is facing right and won't turn around immediately
C: the first moving platform is at a height where you can jump to it
Once these conditions have been met at the same time (for me it was at about 1:30), jump onto the first moving platform and stand behind the enemy and then right before or right as the first moving platform starts to drop, jump onto the second moving platform to the right of the second enemy (who should be facing left) and immediately jump down onto the grass and sprint to the portal.
Next, jump onto and then off of the platform with a 1 on it. Climb up the steps until you are right below the next enemy. Follow him as he walks to the right and then just as he is about to turn around, jump over him. Once you are safely below him, climb up the steps until you are right under the next enemy.
Warning Spoilers for how to beat the challenge level without throwing your hat ahead:
Okay, so first you are going to do 2 quick jumps and then a third to get up to that higher platform then fall down and do 3 more jumps to get into that safe space where you can jump to the moving platform in two jumps. Then, when the platform is at its lowest point and the enemy is looking to the right and about to turn around, jump twice to get onto the platform, quickly jump another time to get off the platform, and let yourself drop down into the area where there is a enemy, a pit, and then another enemy. As the first enemy walks to the right, hide behind him. Lasers don't go through enemies. Once he reaches his edge, stand right behind him and wait until the second enemy is almost all the way to the left and facing left. After that, jump once to dodge both of the enemies' lasers and run down the two steps.
As you can see, we missed the planned launch in May because I didn't have much free time to work on the game. I hope in a several months we will finish it after all. My best guess is that it will be live in some month around this September.
I think I broke the game. On the level "Above You" I moved to the left so much that the red just stopped and I was falling forever until I exited the game.
