It is a nice game until you get a significant number of heroes, then it gets very laggy and it is impossible to reequip your heroes. And most of items are crappy. the only useful are those with shooting, speed and leadership, the rest are a complete junk.
Am I the only one with game does not fit into a graphic box in a browser? That is apart from other graphical bugs and glitches makes it not very attractive to play more than just a couple of hours right before thaty ask for real money.
Concearning 7.62 ammo - which exactly cartrige is it ment to be? If it is 7.62x51 NATO cartige then there is no AK-47 modifications mede dor this one, the only one AK-based desing in a russian hunting rifle "Saiga" - but it does not have full auto mode 7.62x51 is a RIFLE round and it is useles for assoult rifle due to a high recoil. Althoug there are some modifications of AK-74 that can take 5.56x45 rounds (for example polish made that) Suppose this argument can work in case of AK SU74. Moreover SVD takes 7.62x54 cartriges ONLY, no exeptions.
M24 A3 rile is a representative of M24 that takes .338 Lapua Magnum round so if there is M24 with .338 ammo - then IT IS M24 A3.
Please fix this issues - they are really misleading.
Jagged Aliance series games are famous for their accuracy in descriptions so here are some flaws that I have found so far
As far as know VSS Vintorez takes 9x39mm ammo (Spesially desined SP5 and SP6 subsonic cartriges) There exists no modifications for 5.56 (5.56x45mm NATO??? you MUST be joking, right?) cartriges. The integrated suppressor is of great quality but it was not desined to silence the noise completely but enough to make the process of detection of the shooter practically impossible in the firefight.
This game is so silly that even if one turns music it opens another window to play it. But I get the Idea - the only purpose to play is to watch some pictures for new monsters, seriously.
Dear Developer I would like to reveal a serious bug that affects a gameplay:
When two guns of the same type are equipped and a mercenary runs out of bullets in a package that is currently loaded (associated) in gun, BOTH guns runs out of ammo (but previously BOTH were loaded) and a mercenary have to reload BOTH of them (for example if one has additional package of ammunition). In addition I wold like to remind you that I am unable to add up one incomplete bullet pack to another and if an incomlete bullet pack is associated with a hun AND the amount of bullets is insuficient to fill a clip AND a mercenary have ANOTHER ammo pack for this gun a mercenary refuses to load more bullets. Please solve all the issues of iconvenience with ammunition (I persanally would be extremely happy with a cpecific clips for every weapon like in original series).
This isn't really a bug, but a followup to how our ammo system works. We will think about a way to improve it. A solution we can offer you now is to just change which ammo is assigned to which weapon (either inside the inventory by clicking on the appropriate slot to the left of the ammo, or inside a mission by using the ammo belt inside the weapon display).
BTW what's wrong with ammo clips? Can ammo packs been stuck together? Because right now I experience a big inconvenience having sveral bullets left in the pack and my mercs refuse to load bullets form two packs even if there is not enough bukkets to fill the clip (example - Scorpion have 20 pullet clip but if I have two packs of 10 and 10 bullets he will load uo only 10). I am a big fan of original JA series (especially JA2) but some inconveniences in this particular game disappoint me.
The game looks good (aside the fact that the only thing that's common to original JA is mercs names) but some kind of additional explanations are needed - for example how a weapon rang modifyer is working? BTW that would be nice if "golden ammo" was avalible for bucks with an appropriate coefficient (~100-150)
Ablolutely unbalanced game. Very inconvenient spellsystem. Just a few weapons/armor. At least for clown attribute development doest match the demands and very strong SP shortage.
