Bitoon,Sadly I've found another glitch. When I'm in front of everybody with the ball and about to score my character sometimes acts as a defender with the ball and I have to wait when time runs out. I should have won the match but due to this glitch I lost. Please Reply For Help.

Thanks for your message and reporting about this issue. We believe this is very likely a known issue that happens rarely, although in matches with high latency or having connectivity issues it may occur more often. We always advice users to connect to those game servers that are closer to the area from where they are playing, which normally should be those showing the lowest connection latency values (below 200ms for a proper playing experience). This should certainly minimize any such connectivity related issues. Nevertheless, if you're still experiencing trouble, please send us an e-mail to support@bitoon.com providing some details about the context under which you are playing.

Bitoon, Sadly I've found another glitch. Basically on all my games and matches. When passing from the court after a dunk or shot the enemy waits and I skilfully run and pass the enemy, but when I keep running the opponent I recently dodged from a steal comes back and steals the ball from my player from a distance like a magnet then dunks in my goal. I rage every time that happens and reload the game. Please reply again like from the other glitch I recently found. Thanks.

Bitoon, There's a glitch that maybe after a dunk or nearly before the end of each quarter, the ball just rolls around, the game stops [timer] and all you can do is wait for the opponent or you to quit. And I have to quit but my reputation goes down after the match. Please can you fix it?

Thanks for reporting us about this bug. It is actually a known issue that should rarely happen, although matches among players with a high latency may increase the chances of suffering it... :-\ Please, check our Latency Guide at http://www.basketdudes.com/game-guide/latency/ as to ensure you have a proper context to play on your end. And don't worry too much about your reputation, as if you don't normally abandon matches you should recover it easily ;)
