The only issue I have with this game is that the randomly generated opponents get some very over powered cards. I was playing a level 1 fight and suddenly I was set down from 50hp to zero in one of my opponent's turns because they suddenly played a plethora of powerful cards. Weapons that did a lot of damage and could not be destroyed, creatures I had never seen before that were hitting for massive amounts, shields that either always prevented me from attacking or killed my creatures.
Maybe this could be tweaked a bit? Make certain levels of AI opponents unable to get certain cards or maybe just make them have cards that only match their symbol? Not sure. It's a great game, otherwise.
The game was suddenly unable to be clicked and I lost about three or four floors I had beaten and two creatures that (despite me beating the bosses several times) I was not able to get back (because it's always random for what you get).
And getting the map when I'm nearly done the floor seems... Pointless. Maybe just give us the map, right away? And also on floor 3-2, I was stuck inside the wall and unable to continue the game. Because of the annoying bugs that essentially destroy your progress, I can't give this the 5/5 I WANT to give it.
Well, I had to restart and lose a lot of progress because every time I tried to start the game up, my person was IN the wall and I couldn't move... :/ Leveling up is too tedious, so losing all this progress is kind of annoying.
[IDEAS:] -When you upgrade your materials or whatever, it looks more professional. -Give aways with a chance to get items have to pay for. It'd be nice to think that money ISN'T required for things. -Being able to suggest more items to customers. -The higher your employee's level is, the faster they can make stuff. -Remove the wait and the pay-to-play that people keep mentioning. I get you want to be paid for what you are doing but if people like your game, they will give you money. It's ridiculous and ruins what could have been a 5/5. [THINGS TO KEEP:] -Materials replenishing, even while you are gone. -Quests still going, even while you are gone. [OTHER:] The lag gets pretty bad and there are moments when it has to stop and connect again. [OVERALL:] I give this a 2/5. I like it but the lag is really bad and the pay-to-play element really ruins it for us players who can't really give you money.
The fact that there's "premium content" prevents me from giving this 5/5. There are people who CAN afford it and people who can't, which isn't really any fault of the creators', but it's the sad truth. Being someone who DOESN'T have disposable income, I can't get premium content and have no way of knowing how much the content helps or adds. (I will assume that because it costs money, it makes the game more fun.)
3/5
Features to add: A pause button would be helpful, so that you can take a break or at least prevent yourself from missing things.
Can we get the option to delete quests we don't want to do? The entire side of my screen is just filled with quests and they're a bit in the way. (Like, I'll accidentally keep clicking them to try and get somewhere.) If not, maybe have the option to hide them in a list so they take up less room?
Suggestion: When you click on your mills and mines, maybe instead of harvesting, maybe add the option to rally your villagers OR collect what you have?
I can't completely like this game because of the way it stun-locks you, causing you to go from four hearts to zero, towards the end... My personal opinion would be give a second or two of invincibility after being hit. I've had times where I hit a bunny or whatever, then get stun-locked into hitting everything else and then die because I couldn't jump or anything.
Other than that, it's pretty good.
I love this game. It's just as awesome as the ones before it. The gameplay, the dialogue, the subtle references... There's so much to enjoy in this game.
The thing I hate is the fact that a "premium" anything exists. It's not bad to want to make money for your game but... Giving people who can afford to give money something and denying it to those who can't ruins it for me. I wish I could give this five stars, but I can't.
There's no demand for money, no "ADD ALL UR FRIENDS LOL", no need to jump through hoops to do anything... This game is wonderful, just for that. Sir/madame, I commend you for making a great game that is perfect for solo gamers, like me. /sends you all the internet hugs/
My only issue is that leveling up is a bit boring and redundant and your monsters have to be on your team for you to level them up. Regardless, this deserves 5/5 and no less.
Love the game. My only problem with it is that once you get the ball really rolling and you have all these people coming in... It gets really hard and there's nothing you can do? All my customers are leaving while giving a 4 to 5 star rating, but my approval keeps dropping every day, though everyone is leaving happy. I'm sitting here with nothing left to upgrade and waiting for quests to finish, and my approval dropped from about 190 to -20.
Other than the approval being really hard to keep up, I like this.
Overall: 7/10
1) Maybe make all hits more likely to... Hit? I got stuck in the first battle for about 20 minutes because I was just sitting there as me and the demon character threw misses back and forth. And with the more minor battles, same issue. Wasting tons of time because neither of us are hitting anything. I'm not saying make all hits guaranteed but up the percentages just a little, at least for the first battle.
2) The "click to open" thing for the chests is a little redundant. I mean, what else is there to do? But it's not frequent enough to really impede anything, so I won't mark anything down for it.
3) More options for female hair and the like. Not really a huge issue, but most of the girls I tried making looked so manly.
I really like this game overall. I'd play it more but there's so much time wasted by the constant missing that I lose interest pretty fast because I'm just sitting there, waiting for a battle to end so I can start to make more progress...
