Definitely a solid 3/5 game. The final boss is too much of a difficulty spike and clearly was not play-tested though. Giving it and the towers about 2/3 the health would make it a decently fair fight.
What causes people to make games like this? This is the same type of garbage that Flappy Bird brought to the table and honestly, it is cancerous to the gaming community as a whole.
There are so many problems with this game, it's honestly hard to report them all. Most annoying of all would be the Armor Games logo, followed by delayed reaction to picking up hearts (You can die whilst standing on a heart), and many other annoying quirks. It seemed like this game was rushed and not thought out thoroughly enough.
Fun game, but a few issues that I think, if addressed, could make the game a lot better:
1. Swimming has horrid controls - changing swimming to work the same as walking would make the whole experience a lot more fluid (no pun intended)
2. The cycles of blades/shooters/scythes/etc. - For some reason (I'm not sure if this is actually a bug or not) the cycles of everything in this game seem to be different every time you play. That causes pretty large discrepancies in completion times and makes the game nearly impossible to speedrun.
Other than that, I really enjoyed this game.
The part where you wall-air jump should have been difficulty tested. After attempting it 40 or so times, I finally deemed it too hard to actually do. It literally would be faster to program a bot to do it than actually do it yourself.
