Grrr. It happened again. I ALWAYS set Nate up with the cool adventurous girl. And then, every year, it turns out that he's been dating that silly girly thing instead...
WTF? For some reason, my Ascension button no longer works (neither the one under the Farm Mode button nor the one next to Amenhotep). Nothing happens when I click on it. Restarting the browser, the computer, or loading an older saved game doesn't help either. What gives? Is anyone else affected?
I am appalled by the fact that one of the emblem choices for your flag strongly resembles a swastika. Also, there are only two female characters to choose from, and they both look like bimbos.
At higher levels, this game just becomes an awful, tedious grind. All the heroes upgrade according to the same schedule, no more surprises here. The fun pretty much goes out of it at that point.
For a few days now (maybe since Nate's Birthday Party started?), time has been passing way too slow in the game - like, 10-hour crops being ready after 14 hours, three minutes taking five instead... what gives?
