A great way to fight hords of zombies is to let your men hold their ground (or fall back for the less courageous). Once zombies get to 45 feet, do a charge. There's always at least two survivers (unless the squad at the begining had 4 or less).
A little tip for survivial: A new enemy unit is present, Missle Drone. Can do extreme damage and can destroy multible units if unit are in the same spot. Highly dangerous.
