This game is killed by the fact that ranged attacks ground units before flying units. If this were not the case this game would warrant a 5. As it is the game warrants a 3.

We updated the archers AI and made it so. Do we earn that 5 star rating now? :) Thanks!

@Tranari: I agree that the beginning races are quite good, especially the humans and ca'anian. They're so good because they're so fast. Each of the races are good in their own way though, and they all have their own individual strategies. In my opinion, the humans and the ca'anian are the easiest races to play, with rift demons being right up there alongside, but they can still be overcome by the other races. My personal favs are the technomancers. Nothing quite says 'screw you' like a technowall sitting on the other side of a berserker or fusion demon.

@Kitsuke77: You need to unlock the other races by winning a set number of battles. You can see the number of battles required in the achievements.
Personally, I think that this game would benefit greatly from a multiplayer component. I feel that it would not only make the experience far more interesting, but also more rewarding. battling against a randomly generated deck is a little too easy once you have a well-built deck. Battling against others, however, would make this great! A few cards would need to be nerfed, and a few others improved, but all-in-all this could make a great online game!

Alright game, though it could definitely be more challenging. The upgrades don't really even matter once you have elevators full of laser guns. Still, nice concept and a good idea. Could use more. 4/5

The ending was really depressing. Didn't even need to fully upgrade acceleration in order to beat the game.

Wow Crankypants, really? Your name is fitting at least. Games don't exactly need to make sense. And think of the revenge waves as the last push. Another thing: Does it make sense that, in Lord of the Rings, Minas Tirith is on the doorstep of Mordor? No. At least not by your logic.
