@Oscar I believe the game you are referring to is Civony. They created that game like two years ago. I remember playing it. This looks and feels VERY similar to it
Game: Loved the concept and how the sniper is a woman (different angle). Killer graphics, especially if its the first game to be developed. Liked the story-line, hope to see a sequel to this. Great job and keep up the work.
