I thoroughly enjoyed this game. Yes, the combat was simplistic and repetative, but the sheer quantity of options outside of base defence made up for that fact a hundred times over. 5/5
The problem with old classics is that when you play them, they often don't live up to your memories of them. Still, you get kudos for translating the game to flash.
While I think that the Infinite Loop badge should be 60 points, simply for the amount of time and effort it takes, rather then difficulty, that is an issue with the badge, not the game. The game itself is great. Simple, but fun. I gladly give it a 5/5.
Enjoyed the game. Yes, there are parts that are buggy, like headless enemies attacking you, but I enjoyed myself, which is the whole point of playing a game. 4/5 for the game alone. With the storyline behind it, 5/5.
Great game. 5 stars easily. My only issue is the apparent lack of a way to save one's progress in the campaign, though it could be that I just haven't noticed it yet.
