After all of these years, Vorago is still a great game -- definitely one of my all-time favorites. I hope I'll be able to play it years from now. Goodbye, Flash.
Sallier162, sorry for the double post, but for more information on how this game works, you can visit the player-made clout wiki: http://clout-the-game.wikia.com/wiki/The_Cloutiverse_Wiki
Sallier162, choose what you want. Your party affects what bills you can support/oppose without your constituents (your voters, the people who decide whether you get to stay in office at the end of the month) starting to doubt you. Traits affect your stats and abilities. Just choose what you want and you should be okay, nobody gets their character perfectly right the first time
I wish I could walk into a breakfast restaurant and say "I want a pancake, with chocolate chips, and whipped cream ABOVE the chips. Then, I want another pancake, stacked upon the first, with blueberry sauce, blueberries, and raspberries IN THAT ORDER! Then top it off with another pancake, with 4 pieces of butter EVENLY distributed around it, and a strawberry placed in the middle AFTER you put on the butter, got it?"
I might sound crazy, but if someone told me that some group is stalking them and doing crazy stuff to their online game, that I'm inclined to believe them, partly "why would someone joke about that", partly not-horrible manners. He's PROBABLY trying to make good out of a bad situation, and if you really can't believe it, then at least have fun with the idea. This 'war' is just ridiculous. I don't want to be mean about it, but I'm having trouble seeing what everyone is getting their pants in-a-twist about
Nobody has their pants in a twist. That's the fact you're missing. All the complainers are my stalkers and sadass forum dwellers who downrate games for being better than anything they could ever produce.
I don't want to sound mean, but please stop complaining about something you don't HAVE to do. Clout is already silly, dark devil stuff is NOT FAR OUT OF THE REALM OF POSSIBILITY, we are talking about Clout after all. Complain about important things, like the Mexican war!
@wolfshield756 *SPOILER ALERT* No, no you are not... and for people who actually don't know *SPOILER ALERT*... Ocean's dying, plankton's dying... it's people. They're making our food out of people. Next thing they'll be breeding us like cattle for food. You've gotta tell them. You've gotta tell them! You tell everybody. Listen to me, Hatcher. You've gotta tell them! Soylent Green is people!
I just realized after I made my comment, you can also not give them any clout for the bill winning/losing if they switch sides, since that sounds exploitable to get more clout
I think you should be able to change sides on a bill at the cost of some constituent support, it's very embarrassing to wonder why playing the "think of the children" card for a banning of GMOs is a gaffe, and then realize I opposed it accidentally *hand-to-face-action*
@keycie
What type of coma? Is your energy at/below 0? Then you will wake up when it is above 0.
Are you in the hospital, and you can't get out? For me, it's a day before my health is even PASSABLE enough to get out of the hospital
I think the best way to deal with the noobie problem is simply to have the cheapest bills not do much, since they're going to be the most common ones, there shouldn't be a big impact from the people just tryin' to get some more clout to do the REAL DEAL STUFF
They already don't do much... but there are thousands of people coming in per day. I doubt it'll be that much of a problem in the long run, but I guess we'll find out.
For those wondering why the nuke isn't appearing, it has nothing to do with the amount of times you play. You see, when you latch on to all the planes you see, you have less time overall, if that makes sense.
To get the nuke easily, if that is what you want, do not grab onto any planes, EXCEPT the ones with the arrow that bounces up and down (because they will not go away by themselves), but do jump up to see which plane it is.
After you see the UFO, grab the plane after that, it is a nuke, drag it down and watch the cinematic while you earn your badge.
I agree with @iamthemasta, I expected insane difficulty to harder than original. But 1. the difficulty curve is very wonky. And for some of the rooms with really good rockets, there's COVER, removing a lot of the reflex testing from those rooms. And when the game told me "this is the final challenge" I didn't expect it to be TELLING THE TRUTH, I thought the next room it would be like "PSYCHE!" and have 20 rocket launchers with 1 button I needed to press. But then it ends. In short, insane difficulty is too short and too easy compared to original. The game isn't bad though, it's awesome! a unique concept that's really hard but in a way that makes me determined to get one more room. 5 stars!
I wish the average rating for this game was high enough so badges could be added, because people who beaten/gotten all the platinum medals certainly deserve the points.
The help files are really a better resource for a new player.
