I've spent far too long playing this snowboarding load-screen game... Considering how much I liked the first Crystal Story, and the fact that I've been on this loading screen for about 5 minutes... I can only imagine how much this game is going to consume me.
Well, spent a good few hours playing last night. 60some achievements, on my second universe. Lo and behold I come back on today and I've got absolutely nothing, on my first universe. A true disappointment.
I'm sorry to say I only gave this game a 3/5.
I know it's not really fair, seeing as I've never been big on these games.
Although, of all the ones I've played, this is probably the best one. Hence the 3 and not the prejudiced 1.
In all honesty, I only started playing this game for the badges. However, after playing a couple missions, and replaying another, I have to say, this game is pretty great. When you replay a mission, the enemies are dispersed differently, which makes for a new feel each time. Despite how few missions, challenges and weapons there are, it's still fun to work at. Great job. 4/5
I like all the lag complaints.
My computer is complete crap, yet it can still run this game fine.
Maybe you should consider using something other than Internet Explorer, friends.
An all around fun game, despite being ultimately short. I see people complain about the hit boxes, but in my opinion it makes the game slightly challenging. It would have been boring if you could grab every banana and dodge every bird like it was nothing. 20(ish) minutes well spent, if you ask me! Looking forward to the obvious Mars sequel! 5/5
Somewhat reminiscent of Alan Wake, somewhat. Considering how short the game was, it was rather entertaining. The character movements are really well animated too. Good on ya.
