Would love a new game+ mode or something. Kinda feels like just beating it wasn't enough. Would love to take on new levels with the guys I've been building up, and would LOVE to see a fourth unlockable unit. Maybe more? xD
Do your own turret shots damage your own shields? I've been trying to test and figure that out, and it seems like they do but it's hard to tell. Is there anyone that knows for sure?
Seriously. The Nomnom levels are just dumb. It's 100% RNG and not fun. You can't benefit from any of your gear unless it's health related, and even then if you're getting hit it's game over, seeing as you can't move. You don't benefit from your units levels because, even at high levels, you don't have any reason to use anything but archers. Point is it's pure luck and if I had the kind of luck needed to get through those levels reliably, I would play the lottery.
And while I'm griping about level construction, let's get on the topic of the Battlefield levels. All you need to do to win is spam units down the least traveled path.
Aside from those major flaws, I love this game. It's had me hooked for a few days. It reminds me of Epic War in so many ways it feels like you ripped it off. If it had more original mechanics, fixed the Nomnom and battlefield levels, a graphical change in the units with each level and a reason to use different units, this game would be awesome.

Pretty good game, not one of nerdook's best ever, but I'm having fun with it. I was a suggestion somewhere on here that I uprated that, when you get down to it, just let's you start with your dream army every time after 5 wins. Given enough time and patience, anyone could get 5 wins even with the tax after 3 losses. My suggestion to that we be given the option to pick an addition unit every time we win, and have it placed in a list with 5 slots for our bonus units that we get to chose from and pick whenever we can buy mercs. After 5 wins, we would need to start replacing units, obviously. IF there were to ever be a PvP feature, we could use those units for that, and for that, be able to level them past 9 via a survival mode for PvP. In survival, we would essentially have gone rouge, and the Galactic Counsel is your opposition and you fight waves of randomly selected player armies in gradually increasing difficulties. Plus if you think this would be fun.
Quit at level 20, my wrist started hurting. As the levels progress, the game only gets harder from the fact that the grid becomes smaller and harder to click. Once you get past the first few levels it becomes way too easy and more of an endurance challenge.
I find myself randomly clicking too much and never getting anything that works, in other words there is no skill, it's 90% luck. If there were more strategy involved, like the ability to pick from two block types and maybe some kind of field obstetrical, I would feel this is more of a game than a click-fest.
It's an awesome game, if not frustrating for the amount of luck it takes. For the record, my opinion of a harder difficulty level does not include game breaking random events. I've lost more trained soldiers to crazy naked people than to zombies in the first month on harder difficulty. I'm struggling to re-recruit people to defend against the zombie hoards that show up one after another because people keep going insane. There just aren't enough people to play the game unless you get really luck and happen to be surrounded by lots of survivors and no one goes insane and starts killing people. Plus if you think there needs to be less random encounters that just up and kill someone.
Epic War is one of those games I just keep coming back to. It's one of the most addicting games here. I stay up, make myself over tired and almost late for work playing this game. It's a little nuts, but I love it 5/5
So yeah, I LOVE TDs, and I love this game, until I right click. See, not everyone in the world can afford a nice computer, and people like me who love hard games hate lag. Every second counts when you're watching your income and waiting for the second you can afford to upgrade to a Banana Republic while handling two mortars with minimal towers to optimize cash flow. What happens on this pos that I play games on, is, when I right click in an intensive flash game, my browser locks up, and the only ways out of it are to either minimize the window and hope that the lag lets me back into it, or wait it out. When I right click, the menu pops up and stays there even if I minimize out of my browser. The solution? A FRIGGIN QUALITY BUTTON. THAT would make this game a 5/5, but for now, since I'm so pissed that I can't touch the right mouse button without clicking, this gets a 3/5. Give me a quality button and that changes the second it's there.

I feel so accomplished. I stayed up to finish this thinking I would get some insane level or something as the bonus level.
In the games defense, it was fun, and then I beat it. I've tried challenging myself by limiting myself with upgrades, but it just didn't cut it. The difficulty level and learning curve of Frantic make this game(all of it) seem about as hard as the first few chapters in Frantic on Medium. Even the Bonus level wasn't that hard if I spend all my money. I could almost tank the big Os with little worry. The shield just made this game way to easy in my honest opinion.
Pro Tip, holding the mouse button is not the most effective way to shoot, it will fire whenever you press it. Best of all, it stacks in a laggy environment, eventually becoming a stream of constant fire. In later levels on older computers, this becomes easy to keep huge waves at bay with nothing more than turrets and a bad case of carpel tunnel.
