Astrox	Mar. 29, 2014 Rating: 4 You should be able to get rare items when randomly mining rocks, and sometimes as limited time offers in shops. Currently the only way to get great equipment is to hunt pirate officers, which makes mining rocks useless after a while. And the special limited time offers would be very expensive, giving you something to spend your money on.
