Very impressed with the physics engine! Lots of fun, very intuitive. It could use more levels or unlockables or something, but a great game nonetheless.
Did anyone else notice that there is a secret area? When you are in 'Facility' and you see the world map, there is an area above 'Containment' and to the left of 'The Chute'. This secret area should be accessible from both of those places, but I haven't figured out how to get into it. Anyone?
It was fun (and quite cute), and I enjoyed the humor, but it was also really easy and quite short. Hoping for more of a challenge in the next one, as well as more to do!
Somehow managed to get it done in 17 days. For all those of you struggling for the hard badge, take heart, and listen to some of the really good advice given here on the upvoted comments. I had many days at 21 or worse, and then suddenly everything clicked at once.
After the 5 foot ramp, go for the glide time award first always, and then try to get the height and distance awards both in one shot. Always buy a new glider or boosters if you can afford it.
Lots of fun! True, it's very easy, but that's the way a flash game should be - fun and easy. The music was awesome, too. Just relaxing and fun, loved it.
Playing the first time through on easy was a blast, but now that I've tried it twice on harder it was a lot less fun and much more frustrating. At the higher difficulties it seems to be less about doing things right, but just hoping you get lucky and bad things don't happen. I was going to have the food needed to throw a party probably 10 days in a row, and everyday something happened to reduce the amount of food I had. That's just entirely ridiculous - and the messages popping up saying, "Morale is low. Perhaps we should throw a party?" just served to annoy me.
I'm sorry, this is well done for a Unity game, but I don't think browser FPS games work very well. The lag (not sure if it's graphics or server) is a little annoying, and everything feels just a bit glitchy. I'm sure a huge amount of work went into this game, but I think that the browser is a poor medium for it.
It's had a better reception than I expected. Thanks to kind comments like this I'll probably expand on it.
