Finally glad that you added rest 25%, rest 50% and rest 75% and rest 99%, that means that instead of being hit down to 65%, and the next battle kills you as before the top rest was 60% is gone.
@JJNinja: I THINK that you can when you get to level 20, you can get the second row of talents, at level 30 you can get the third and at level 40 you can get the fourth. OR it might be every 10 points in a tree yets you get the next one, OR if your level 20 for example, if you put 18 in one tree (Y), 1 point at the start of another tree (X), you can put a point in the second row of talents for X, if all that makes sense.
@Thoradyn: Yes, you start getting talent points at level 10. Abra has put up a link to a FAQ in the discription, and it is said that he wants you to read that to see if your question is answered in the FAQ.
To counter the mass "Leeroy problem, just make the starting name blank, so people have to type in a name, and not just be unbothered and idle and just click start with there name as Leeroy.
@Wisemage:Actually, it runs for me aboslutly fine while resting, and you stated, and I quote "Is there anyone you can make this game so that it actually runs while in the background? I mean, if an idle game cant run int he background its only good for chating with people.". You asked not about efficient it runs, just it doesnt run, and I dont intent to carry on posting replies if you argue back.
Wisemage: This game does run in the background. for example, look at a monsters hp, go to another tab for a few seconds, switch back and it will of gone down, or it will be a completely new monster.
Some things you need to consider, but this is a fun and addicative game.
1. Mabey inplant a advanced AI input action? such as grind to level x, than travel to x, than grind there to level x for example.
2.add discriptions on what stats do
3. give us the formulae and calucations used to determine damage
4. mabey add more classes, more talents and more races and mabey more areas?
and lastly, 5.show stat growth from each class (like a mage will have x int x str x agi each level, but you dont know how much) and are there any differences between being a race? such as stat frowth, additional hp etc etc
There are 3 towers you can place, a orc tower which attacks one unit instantly, a undead tower, which attack follows a unit, and a demon tower which fires rapidly. There is a tech tree for orc, undead and demon.Orc has some things to do with gold, undead has mana, and demon has experiance. When you level up, you gain 3 skill points, and for each point you put in a tech tree, the towers get a + X% damage boost, were x = number of skill points spent. There are 3 towers and go on the respected terrain matching their colour. When towers attack, they get experiance and you can upgrade them, and when reached a certain level, can become a more advanced tower out of a selection of two towers. "High Ground" = any tower can be made on and its range is increase. 3 spells that can be used, forest cut, frenzy which attack speed increase(which is cast instantly) and meteor, which damage spell. You gain mana over time, and can gain it faster if you build a tower on a "Mana" spot.
This, is a good tower defense with a interesting tower system installed into it.While, nothink is unique about creeps (such as splitter, air), the towers are the highlight of the game. The level select is also NOT linear, as there are different paths to choose from. A basic tower is placed with hotkey "T" or when using the place tower button. This is basic, and it upgrades to : a normal tower which attacks one enemy, a area of effect damaging tower which affects around it, a anti air tower, and a buffer tower.
When upgraded, each tower can than be upgraded to 3 different towers, such as splash and sniper for normal When 4 fully upgraded towers are place in a square, each touching each other, it can be made into a "huge" tower, and its stats depend on the towers used. If 4 huge towers are placed together, it forms a mega tower, and its stats depend on the mega towers used. The tower system for this game is interesting, and it is one of the highlights of this good game.
In this game, you start with a "HQ", which spawns "Pixels". If it dies, you loose, if you get someone elses HQ, they loose and all there pixels, which are units disappear. In some levels, during stalemates, it can be hard to get the advantage, which is interesting as you cant just doze of.The AI is tactical as well, as it goes for the strongest player while protecting itself, so if you just wait and gather units, you will be attacked by most of the other players. While attacking a HQ, it does not make any units at all, and enemy HQ's move away when attack at, and all there units hastely come back to protect it.Also, there are things which make the game more "wild" such as random bombs in some stages, which kill anything instantly and things which increase your spawn. There is also a flanking system were if you attack from 2 or more sides, you kill the enemys pixels faster, which should be taken advantage of in later levels.
Something I forgot to mention in my other post, regarding the plot theme. Once you complete it with zombies, you could play as humans which could include a plot theme, and more levels, more units and there could be a 1v1 multiplayer between a zombie and human player
I think that you could imprive "Auto Play" as your monsters, when attacking a building and being attacked by a enemy, do not attack the enemy but instead carry on and attacking the building. Also, they wander around mindlessly untill they find a enemy, they, in my opinion, should go to the nearest enemy. This game is like the previous infector games, except this is a real time strategy, the achievments are the same as well. There are also some hero units that are unplayable untill you meet a certain requirement. This is much more fun than the previous infector games, as it requires you to keep a constant look on the game, while in infector, you could just doze of and let your zombies infect everyone, but in this, you have to keep a constant look on the game. Also, the damage of enemys who can attack are a lot lower than the ones in infector. I also think you could possible add a plot theme, through cutscenes or just even things that civilians say.
