Yes, the customers are picky. They're also paying you $3-$9 tips. If you don't want to cater to their every whim and desire you are actually allowed to refuse. You'll get fewer tips, but that's the tradeoff.
I don't think they can make certain maps be more difficult, I'm pretty sure it is completely and purely random. If the dude who made the game were to die, it would still make new maps based on whatever seed it's using. Maybe if he changed the algorithm to make certain numbers extra difficult, but I think the idea is that if you care that much, you're supposed to buy the full version.
No save, but short enough to beat in one sitting if you don't get stuck. Lots of fun, though not quite a Gemcraft. 4/5, would make a great app if there were more levels and you could choose them separately.
Would love to see a game like this not just with missions, but also an actual story. More RPG awesome stuffs too. Also, buying and selling doesn't really work, products act like the stock market, they go up and they go down, and when they're cheap in one town they're also cheap everywhere else... much better off killing people for loot, at least in the beginning
Way too short... I'm sure a lot of time was spent developing the game itself, so hopefully Echoes 2 will already have all that done and spend extra time making more missions. Lots of promise, kind of cliche story, but whatever. Not the best game ever, but well above average.
Amazing game, not perfect, but one of the best flash RPGs I have ever played. There are plenty of awesome dungeons to go through so that "grinding" doesn't actually become repetitive since you're actually accomplishing things in the process. I also love how the achievements will affect future games. If I were to make my own game, it would be a lot like this. 5/5
there should be a separate defense stat for melee weapons and archery, because as it is there are so many more enemies that fall under "weapon defense" that it's like twice as high as my magic defense.

what pet is the best? like, best stats per level, so I know when to switch off from my original.
I got on today and found that I have no save files anymore. AGAIN. Same computer I've been using, haven't cleared any files/cookies or saved stuff at all, it was fine yesterday. This has happened before, and only on this game, on a different computer too, so I know that's not the problem. How am I supposed to get anywhere if I can't keep my saves?
