@sp0re1: The stat calculator that Colino is providing gives a generalization of what your character should be at given the level you put in. Not every stat increases upon leveling, so some of your stats may or may not have been stunted by that time.
I'm pretty sure I nailed it on the head (checked with my PS1 copy of SOTN). The re-dub for the PSP has dialogue saying, "Ha! Mankind. A cesspit of hatred and lies.," but I like the original better. Your friend should get back to his roots. ;D
