The thing I would appreciate adding the most to this game would be a hotkey to go into inventory. 70% of my deaths happen because I need to switch an item mid battle and I am surrounded. (+) if you agree.
Other things I'd like to see:
-Identifying which level you're on
-A save feature that doesn't let you load when you die (I like the survival aspect but need to take a break now and then)
-Requirements for unlocking titles
-Ability to determine monster stats and resistances/vulnerabilities
-Something to spend all those Mana Pearls on
