I found that the best way to win is to just drop about 5 stick men at a time when you have a sure thing. I took 10 minutes my first playthrough with 12 lives left, about 30 seconds on the first part with my second playthrough with 63 lives left, not all that hard when you know how to do it.
Wow... just wow. Now all they have to do is add a bunch of badges so that I can log into an old account of mine (I haven't played this game in ages) and clean up =P
Great game, I must say. However I don't suggest putting an important item right next to a link next time, is will scare people away from bothering to check the area. The ending was superb, I never saw it coming. Great game overall, I hope that there is a second one.
This game gets intense once there are loads of people trying to order from you, making 10 pizzas at a time gets pretty crazy. The Pizza Psychopath Badge used to be impossible, I don't know why it is only hard now.
Very fun game, I enjoyed the original, and this one is fun too. The graphics look great.
Oh, and crimson589 stole my signature. Either that, or there is a major coincidence and we both have an appreciation of cats with guns.
Pretty fun game, I enjoyed it. I find it kind of strange that every single enemy besides the mothership has some sort of suicide bomber mentality though.
It isn't all that hard, which is a good thing in my opinion, as an extremely hard tower defense (or gem defense, in this case) game can really make you angry to the point of wanting to quit. You know, the entire ok, I have spent half an hour on this, only one more wave... no! Now I have to start all over! Which didn't happen to me here.
The X3 speed is a great touch, you succeed where Protector failed in that respect. The various original additions like gem combining are great, and the leveling system is good. I like the "glow score" as it gives you something to shoot for other than a really high score, plus it takes the liberty of telling you what score you need to possibly unlock goodies (hidden levels.) An all around fun game. great job.
I unlocked Full Health Coverage, but I had to re-play the robot level once and the pill level 2 times to find the gears and pills.
Fun game, good badge, kept me entertained for about an hour =)
The biggest part of killing him in under 4 mins is to get your weapons leveled up as fast as possible. You just about have to have the spear by the time you get to the skull. When in beard mode, don't follow him to the right side of the screen, just dodge his 2 lasers, the bread, then when he appears at the left side of the screen get big hit combos on him, especially when he is using his 2 lasers on the left side of the screen. If you can hit him low when he is shooting high, then keep your hit combo as you jump onto the platform to hit him high when he shoots his laser low, you can get a giant combo that will level you up very quickly. Oh, and use your magic bar whenever it is full, charging it fully before firing. Good luck with this one everybody =)
After living through 33 levels of this glitchy mess, your game has the guile to actually freeze up on me on level 33! What the hell! You need to fix the collision detection first of all, then you need to make it so that this game won't freeze.
I attempted the level 5 boss 4 times, and was sure I hit the arrow while the black dot was in the middle of the corresponding arrow key. The game auto-failed me, I could see that I would get nowhere, so I stopped playing. I think that there may be an issue, because I am sure that 3 out of those 4 times I hit the correct arrow at the correct times.
For level 3... the rock either passes right past the hand as it is sticking out or the hand reaches for the egg just before you get the rock to it. In one case, I had the hand pass through the rock as it was reaching for the egg -.- any help here?
Ok, I figured out the problem, my firewall didn't like this game. I enjoyed this game, but there are a lot of things a sequel could do a lot better then this one. First, let upgrades go to units that are already built, I suicided many a cruiser because of their pure uselessness compared to the fully upgraded variety. It would be nice if we could upgrade our mothership and add guns to it. A wider variety of ships would be nice. The entire rock-paper-scissors rotation of which units trump which units just isn't there. Cruisers trump all, and fully upgraded cruisers trump any enemy cruiser. Fun game, 4/5.
I might just be newbing out here, but is there a reason for the game showing me a 1/10th of a second glimpse of the mothership menu every time I click on it before immediately de-selecting itself? I'm not sure if I am doing something wrong or if the game is just messing up... help anyone?
I actually really enjoyed this game. You can sort of play it at your own rate, and the time management part is very well put together. Situations like should I let her pizza burn a bit to get the toppings on this other pizza or vice versa really make it fun. Good game, I hope to see more of them in the future.
