To addon - After level 40 or so it gets EXTREMELY more difficult. Be ready for that - also, I tried to take out the ballistics tanks first, although 40+ levels you really can't choose what to hit.
The strategy I used for general was not spending my bonus points until the allaround shield. You want to do this FIRST because youll find the game can be unfair, and have projectiles coming from all directions at the same time at you. As for the money upgrades, I just upgraded everything, usually whatever was lowest level on the time - energy cells are important because they'll keep your all around shield working. I also got sticky shield/static shield as soon as I could. Next, I got homing missiles. These are useful when you can't really take the time to aim, and besides the missiles themselves are slow and hard to hit with. This makes them much more useful. I also tried to have a couple of repair kits, but only when I couldn't beat the level without them. To be honest you'll have levels based on luck, unless you buy a LOT of repair kits. Just have to hope you don't get a level in which the tanks constantly shoot at the same time - all around shield doesn't last forever.Hope I helped!
Beat game with all badges- one of the few games where I actually -enjoyed- getting the badges. After defeating Wooly, I proceeded to kill him about 20 more times and completely fill out my skill tree. Apparently you can't get every ability on the ability points menu though. Unless the ??? ones are random, and I just got unlucky.
Anyways, Wooly got what was coming. 20 deaths isn't nearly enough for stealing my bolo hat! Still taught him a lesson real good.

HAha the first time i played through, at the part with the cement block stack thing, I held spacebar and suddenly dug 500 feet down , through them, and to the house. I was like 'Hm, weird game'. Then i beat it without drugs the next time , then later i decided to replay with drugs and im like 'There's a part AFTER the cinderblocks?!'
I love this game. Played it a long time ago (Months and months), then I remembered today I had a kongregate, so I spent an hour to retrieve my password (Figure it out ) and then I saw this, and played through. Got 110%, and 11 rockets level 5.. oh yeah..
