Slow motion starts after the object is hit, it would be alot epicer if it started before.

I like to play torture room chamber by NetworkPanda. I like to turn the ragdolls break feature off and just hurl knives at them. My problem is that the limbs still slice. Can you make a feature, or is there a feature to stop that?
