The Grinns Tale	Sep. 22, 2012 Rating: 1 @Argl, You don't have to pay MONEY for upgrades, you can use "Rally" which takes Village Points from you to speed up the process, it speeds it up by 2 minutes (which is the time it takes to regenerate).
