a basic walkthrough to follow by rounds is:
1: 45*
(aim for $75 or more by the end of the round)
2: Call freaky + 45*
(aim for $145 - $165 or more by the end of the round)
3: $165+ - Soda thrust + Skis + Call freaky + 0* (After using Call freaky, use the Soda thrust ASAP and the ski as late as you can before you hit the water)
$145+ - Soda thrust(x2) + Call freaky + 45* (After using Call freaky, use the Soda thrusts ASAP)
After the first 3 rounds (which are most important)
Simply follow this guideline.
Use all your money @ the end of each round.. buying in this order:
Call freaky, Soda thrust and Skis
Once you have 3 of each, max out your Gun powder
Then max out the Creativity
Having maxed everything i found the best combo was
Aiming for 0* Using 1 Freaky then immediately 1 Thrust and then a Ski befre you hit the water, then do the same again.
The faster you use Thrust after Freaky and the closer to the water you are when you use Ski, the higher score you'll achieve :)

4:(BRAINS): cake, un-lit torch, lit-torch,
green thing(above reemus), ant(above reemus), ant head, spear, reemus, food on ground,
sponge, fire bug, until water comes twice, sponge, reemus.
