I find some of these games to be educational and relaxing. Combining google earth with globetrotter and looking up the cities and reading about them is like taking a world tour from my laptop.

combine with http://www.attractworldpeace.com/ for a peace meditation for a total of a ten min visual meditation free of talking, boundaries, racism, sexism, politics…try it for 10 min a day, i find it healing. my personal daily challenge is to top my own personal best every day while thinking positive thoughts. if i get below my top score, i gauge my functioning accordingly and attend to physical needs before continuing with the game. in this way i have found myself benefiting in unexpected ways from the combination of these activities. i can only hope that visualizing peace spreading to all these cities every day is helping someone somewhere heal as well.
