I was actually sad when the game ended, to be honest. Those black things are difficult (and fast), but I felt like I was really starting to get the hang of defeating them. I'd love to see more levels someday!
I've been playing for a bit now (level 101 currently) and if you're just starting out, I have a few things to mention before you get too invested. First: While the game isn't "supposedly" pay to win, you're going to have a VERY difficult time doing anything worth while if you don't buy some gems. Need a pet that heals you? Better buy some gems (lots of them, too - because I've spent literally HUNDREDS of dollars trying to get Gemmi out of a large egg, and still haven't managed to do so). Olxa/Astaroth wants to join your team? Better pay them the 1600 gems for 100% success, or you're going to be sad. Want to level fast, or increase your item drop chances? Better buy the best scroll and book with gems - because schematics have the worst drop rates in history (I've run Raid 1 on heroic over 400 times and still haven't had my Olxaroth schematic drop). Best of luck - you'll need lots of it.
