To solve your elevator problem: don't make 1 shaft the entire length of the hotel, like 50 floors. Make them by like 10 or 15, put a suite or something then another shaft. This will make it so elevators only travel a smaller distance and not 50 floors. This should remove the more elevators problem for you guys.
