the starting conditions are all wrong. Your supposed to start with four in the middle two of each color where either one could take the lead. These starting conditions give the cpu at least a 10 ball head start by the time you get anywhere. Redo.
I came up with a guide.
1. select parasite
2. start in madagascar
3. sell starting symptom
4. wait and buy all drug resistance
5. buy airborne and waterborne
6. wait until you get all countries infected (this may take a while)
7. when all countries are infected buy teir 2 and 3 and get kidney failiure
8. get several other lethality increasing symptoms
9. watch earth die
10. you may or may not win!
