It would be cool if you guys made the next game full-screenable. It's not necessary, but I find full-screen flash games to be a lot more immersive and thus more fun and interesting.
It seems like in order to get the Cleric you have to lose the *same* battle over and over, and something will pop up on the map letting you know that the Cleric is available for recruitment.
Nice game to play 20~30 minutes at a time... which means it's a great game for mobile devices! I would probably pay a couple dollars to be able to play this on my phone. I do realize that there are few too many combat menus for it to be comfortable on phones though, so it'll probably need some tweaking.
Could be a 5 but without basic features like making the game stretchable it's a 4 at best. Developer should check out other flash games, just about every game nowadays is stretchable; some are even full-screenable. Just looks too small and eye-hurting on a big screen.
You should look to make the game stretchable. It might be tough for a game that's already completed, but it's crucial IMO. Doesn't look very good on a large screen.
It doesn't seem to be a problem of loading time, it seems to be that loading just gets stuck sometimes. I sometimes load in 10 seconds but sometimes don't load for 5 minutes straight, even though the wheel is spinning.
You should rework the balance a bit though, some things have gotten too cheap/overpowered/meaningless. For example buying +attack at the shop is too cheap considering the amount of gold you get now. The blacksmithing minigame is kinda meaningless now because the gold given is not significant. A lot of great changes though, such as giving bonus for clearing a floor.
Game is a lot better after the changes. The previously incarnation was needlessly grindy/difficult/annoying. I think you should somehow advertise to the players who previously played it to give it a try again.
Evonys is right. If I spend $15 on a flash game I expect all the features to be unlocked... the pricing is not done smartly in my opinion. I truly may have been willing to pay $5~10 to remove all restrictions (pramins most notably) from enjoying the game, but as it is it is too absurd.
In your sequel definitely make the game stretchable. The game looks too small on big screens. Just about all games nowadays are stretchable. If you wanna go the distance make it full-screenable like Grinn's Tale, but that's not expected.
Unfortunately the lag in full-screen mode is even worse. Just imagine the current lag multiplied to 2...
