LOL, I love how you upgrade voice acting, and it's just this muffled slightly annoying voice. Then it just goes to this epic commando voice. "ALLLLRIGHT! AN UPGRADE!"
Ok, here's how I beat the keypad:
First, the only numbers you need to focus on are 1, 5, and 7, cause those are the ones that your target touched. Second, one number is repeated, and you get three tries. You will have to try a couple of times to get it to work, but if you think through it then it's not too hard. Plus so everyone having trouble can see the solution.
Ok, actually, here's a better tip. Most of the routes will take you around the edge of the cube, or sections. If you have trouble, try a longer, around the edge, route.
For those having trouble, (yes, this DOES seem obvious) you will always fill all the spaces, you can't beat the level without filling all the spaces. This can be used to check yourself in hard levels when you are figuring the answer out.
Found the secret button! It's not much, but it's beside the turtle in the shop of course. Click on teh left side of the turtle just above his arm, it's in that area.
