Tricksiekarol : It gives you 10% extra in the progress bar. Not the exp boost. But the skill point thing, try refreshing as i said before

Tricksiekarol : Well it works for me. Try saving and refreshing. Before you do that check if you have cookies enabled so you dont lose your saved data
