The willpower training with Rotvick has me stumped. The "On Defense: 1% chance to reduce weakness" doesn't seem to work or apply. I've messed with the tactics, but the reduction never triggers.

It should happen automatically on defense if you have the hybrid skills at the right levels, no need for any special tactics
