That has happened to me too Kyudos, I fixed it by changing the flag Calculate window occlusion on Windows to disabled. (Apparently this makes Chrome eat a bit more ram, but it does fix the problem.)
Let me introduce you to the world of the Basic & Improved Loot Filters (Exp & AP buys respectively), also you can use Control+Click to manual trash items faster.
ye. if you want, you can leave autokill on and just leave the game open, as long as you have slots and you have the game on you will still get item drops

it does play when alt-tabbed out, just make it have its own window. (it does sometimes glitch out and freeze though). Alternatively, you can open it up on steam since it wont freeze and just use kong for the chat like some people do.
i thought i'd be making matchsticks here. i was prepared to turn the entire earth into a matchstick factory, end human resistance so i can focus on making more.
