Decided to up the difficulty by not letting myself buy units. started in area making skeletons and take nearby areas that made units. graveyards everywhere. won't hold up for long as other units get better. Next move take areas before turn 15 and put giant mag fields in them. get giants, kill the weak. make more mag fields. use skeletons as fodder. AI doesn't like attacking full regions. build up an army of giants. 8 giants should be able to take down any region. from here it's simply expand and make mag fields. Works great until the end. forgot about that. most regions had no defense due to my rule therefore most got taken by end enemy. enemy could take more regions in a turn than i could due to me only having 1-2 decent armies. got back into 1 region with all my forces. got chipped away until my army was gone. probably would have worked if before killing last enemy i just ended turn a lot of times to build up more giants in each region.
well i'm starting to get sea sick if that counts for anything. piece of advice for anyone trying this. don't collide with any other objects unless you are trying to simulate the point of view of an astronaut during gyroscope training.
Game was fine, but fairly easy once you understood the basic concepts. The hardest level for me personally was level 14. perhaps there could be more difficult levels with more colors? or simply larger levels that involve more than 5 moves.
Wonderful game. 5/5 stars. I found the game to have both a fun and fast paced play style coupled with an interesting story that feels fresh and understandable. I love the themes of the story made more apparent by the changes in the graphic levels of the enemies encountered. The designer could have easily said that the artist needed to grind against the same types of enemy (to practice some particular detail if it needed a story reason) but they didn't. Each enemy was its own and had short blurbs of texts that gave the game a little bit more character, which is something that I don’t see in every game. I saw in the comments that this game was made in a 10-day game jam of some sort? I must say I am incredibly impressed by all the work that went into this game in such a short period of time. I do hope you make more of these. I want to keep learning about Aisleen (I like the name btw) and her struggles. I wish you the best of luck.
just spam chieften. use an all chieften army and upgrade chieften whenever possible. if its not possible just get the cheapest upgrade so that you can level up and use a bigger army (more chieftens). youll walk right through most islands
i wouldnt say that this game is the most original when looking at the basics. i mean its a clicker manned tower defence game. theres not much you can do to differentiate yourself in that catagory. except for the fact that you did. your story and cutscenes and the personality of the game made it all come alive and be more enjoyable. i give it 5 stars. thanks for having fun and helping gamers have some fun.
right before i blew up the earth i checked the map and apparently everyone was oblivious to me. every one of them. i dont know what i have to do to get some attention around here. i mean seriously. i robbed the national treasury day. i kill mob bosses and stole your nuclear technology. i built a moon base for petes sake. A MOON BASE!! do you know how hard it is to build things up there? theres no air to burn fuel. which means no construction vehicles. Yeah thats right i had my minions build it by hand. but nooooooo. no one seems to care that i built a base on the moon. well F*&$ you too earth. i mean what else do you want from me? your economy was effectively destroyed. your governments are most likely in tatters, the media is gone. even your criminals are dead or captured. yet no one has noticed anything? fine. be that way. boom goes the earth. maybe now someone will notice me.... wait.... oops...
The game is great as far as turn based strategy games go but i cant stand waiting for the enemy to move. it feels more like an idle game at times. there needs to be at least a fast forward button. i think i lost interest when i found the resurrect glitch. (resurrect a unit when you dont have enough cash and you pretty much max out your cash.) because i no longer had any incentive to wait through 5 min turn from my opponent. overall good game. love the concept but could use a bit more explanation on stats and please for all that is good in this world put a fast forward/skip button in.
Thanks! I will try my best!
