Basically, you can earn this achievements by doing certain things on this achievement-based website by unlocking all achievements of the achievement-based game in Achievement Unlocked.
Pro Tip: 1) Low down the gravity. 2) Make him move faster. 3) Make his arms stop moving when he's not moving. 4) Make better graphics in the ground, balls forms in platform games are annoying.
