Why does my game keep getting erased back to chapter 4? I've been to ch. 7 twice and ch. 8 once each time needing a brake. Each time I came back I'm back at ch. 4. What gives?

It's really annoying how the customers will go all the way to the back of the store and hide behind my displays. It sometimes makes it really hard to click on them, I wish the would just wait out by the front.
