hardware dependant game is a little frustrating, in and of itself (Switch the Light and Wheel, because a techglove doesn't act like a wheel, and sometimes there aren't lights)
Very much a fan of this. the progression as you find things, in a few levels (paint and car-ride come to mind) are just amazingly well done. Only hit two or three tough spots, but the artistic quality of the experience made it worth it.
easy way to down hard bosses: if they spawn offscreen, your caster can hit it before they can activate and kill you. a boss without counterattack will die eventually!
Picked up the first two badges, but the hard badge is an excersize in insanity.
and destroying an enemy castle doesn't seem to do anything, except give weapon xp... I was hoping that would speed the game up by letting me end the levels without having to wait on more troops...
so... no one bothered to train before going into combat? don't expect to hit anything without having a decent skill in it first (Combat Skills increase Hit Chance)
the missing is because you went for adventuring first...
For anyone having trouble, the easiest way to target a bounced shot is to mouse over whatever launched it. Not sure if it works against everything, but it was more than enough to get both badges. Hope it helps ^_^
Skill levels are your chance to hit, damage is based on your weapon, stats, and their resistances. Unsure of how magic works at the moment, but people are complaining about missing alot, so I decided to share what I know.
