It is best to skip the revolver and upgrade the pistol, then save and get the shotgun, upgrade that, and keep saving until you can buy the machine gun.
Great game. The snake boss is pretty easy, just know that that it does follow a pattern. If the open mouth goes up, than it will usually do a open mouth down. If it is a closed mouth, go to the other side.
Are you freaking kidding. I got 2563 ft down on the last week.
Even worse, if I did get that trophy, I would have been $45 short of #300,000.

Holding left makes you go backwards slower.
The hardest level in the first one, in my opinion. Hold CTRL and scroll up and you can make the game bigger, which helped me alot

To get the key, go to the third building, (should be skinny, and have a ladder going up it) and jump up 5 platforms, then jump right, and run to the keycard. You must complete all the levels after that to get the badge.
